Rates (excl GST):
- $60h (min 2 hours) between 8am – 5pm
- $105h before 8am and after 5pm
- Full day 8am – 5pm $450
- Discounts available for build + design industry groups, Parnell local businesses and for repeat bookings of 3 dates or more
Boardroom Design:
Renovated in early 2024, the Residium Boardroom features a custom kitchen and custom furniture. Thank you to our suppliers: Harrows, Unison, New Zealand Panels Group, Lightplan, Merquip & Samsung.

- We accept payment by bank transfer only.
- In most cases there is no deposit or cancellation fee but we do request as much notice as possible if dates change.
- After hours events can incur an additional carpark access fee for entrance into our carpark after 6pm. Ask us if this applies to you.
